1. Product search

On the home screen we show you some of our featured products, news and offers.
The products are classified in different families according to materials (acrylic, ceramic, metal, glass…) and each category in several subfamilies.
Access the family you are interested in (e.g.: Acrylic Knobs) using the menu on the left and you will be able to see the subfamilies that compose it.  Each subfamily (e.g.: Methacrylate Knobs) is formed by a group of models (e.g.: Mod.600) that if we click on them we will see all the products that compose them with their different colours and finishes (e.g.: Ref.600AZ), from this screen we can click on the “Buy” button to start the purchase process. If we click on the photo or “+info” the product sheet will open with its specifications, high resolution photo and drawing, here we also have a “Buy” button.
You can also use the two search engines located at the top left. Here you can search by collection and by colour. This is a very convenient search method if you are clear about the type of design you are looking for or the colour of your furniture or room. The search result will open a screen directly with the products found without going through families, subfamilies or models. In this screen we can add products to our basket with the buy button.

2. How to buy

On the top right hand side you will see the My Basket icon with the indicators for the number of items selected and the total amount of your order. These two indicators will always be visible and if you click on My Basket, a screen with your detailed order will open. From your order, clicking on “Continue Shopping” will take you back to the last screen you had open.

How do I add an item to my basket? 

Once you have chosen the product reference, click on the “Buy” button to add the item to your order and indicate the quantity you want.

What steps do I have to follow to place an order?

  1. Once you have chosen all the items in your order, go to the shopping basket by clicking on the “My basket” button in the top right-hand corner of the page. In the shopping basket you can remove items from the order or change the quantities. Now we will introduce the country to which the order will be sent so that the system will add the VAT tax if applicable (only for Spain except Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla). Click the “Next” button to continue and see the order valued including taxes. If you agree with the order click on the “Process order” button
  2. Enter your personal details, billing address, shipping address and payment method or if you are a registered user log in with your passwords. You will need to create a user account if you are a first time buyer and accept the Privacy Policy. Now read and accept the Terms and Conditions of Sale and click the “Make payment” button.
  3. Now the system will redirect you to the secure https: page of your bank to make the payment. Enter your credit card details and click the “Continue” button. Now you will see the screen where you will authorise the payment with your card and bear in mind that some cards will ask for your Personal Identification Code (PIC). Print the payment receipt and click the “Continue” button.
  4. If the payment has been made successfully, you will see the order completed screen containing your order reference and you will be given the option to print it. We will receive an email with the payment confirmation and shortly we will receive a second email confirming the delivery time.

3. Commercial invoice

Can I request an invoice for my company?

Yes, when you tick the “Company” box, the fields Company and CIF/NIF will be enabled and if you fill them in they will be the ones used when invoicing.
